Keith Singer JD, CFP^®President

Keith Singer was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He started his first business — selling soft pretzels — at the age of 11. In 1992, he earned his finance degree from The Pennsylvania State University where he also was a finalist in the AT&T Investment Challenge and started (and sold) a successful house-cleaning business.

As he was growing up, his mother tried to encourage him to become a doctor. Since he exhibited very little interest in subjects like biology and chemistry, Singer resisted his mother's influence to study pre-med but ultimately they reached a compromise: He would become a lawyer instead of a doctor. By the time Singer was attending law school he realized that he loved South Florida and wanted to reside there. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.

As an attorney, Keith Singer helped clients with probate disputes and realized that as an attorney he could only try to fix people's problems but if he could help them plan properly, he could help them avoid problems altogether. Therefore, he decided to become a Financial Planner. Since 1996, Singer has been advising clients how to tax efficiently grow, preserve and distribute their wealth. In 2000, he obtained his board certification (CFP) from the Financial Planning Board of Standards.

For the first ten years of his career, Mr. Singer focused on helping younger clients plan for their future retirements. Since then, his practice has shifted to working with those in or near retirement. He continues as an active member of the Florida Bar Association, drafting wills, trusts and estate-planning documents for his clients. He also advises his clients on a variety of asset protection, income taxation and estate-planning issues.

Keith Singer has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News and World Report, Money Magazine, Business Week, Kiplinger and The New York Times as well as appearing on NBC, ABC, CBS, and CNBC.

Mr. Singer has become active donor to several local philanthropies including JAFCO an organization dedicating to serving underprivileged, neglected and disabled children. Singer Wealth has served as the presenting sponsor for JAFCO's annual gala each year since 2013 helping the organization raise over $5 million dollars during that span. He and his wife Mishelle reside in Hollywood FL and Margate NJ with their four children.

Roy RosnerInvestment Advisor Representative

Mr. Rosner earned a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union, a Master of Science, Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, and a Masters of Engineering Management from George Washington University. He served as a telecommunications engineer for more than 35 years, retiring at age 55 as a senior vice president at AT&T.

He started his career on the staff of the prestigious Bell Telephone Laboratories in Holmdel, New Jersey where he did pioneering research on optical (laser) communications and high-speed data communication. He then joined the U.S. Defense Department, Defense Communications Agency in Reston, Virginia, where he did and led innovative research on high speed data communications and the packet switching technology which underlies the entire Internet and World Wide Web. Based upon his innovative research, he wrote and published the best-selling text book “Packet Switching: Tomorrow’s Communications Today” and went on to subsequently publish four additional books. Upon leaving the employ of the U.S. Government, Mr. Rosner became Vice President of GTE Corporation, at that time the number two telecommunications company behind AT&T. At GTE Mr. Rosner extended the work done at the Defense Department to civilian/commercial telecommunications networks and services. GTE merged with Sprint Corporation, creating GTE-Sprint, eventually being renamed Sprint, one of the few telecommunications companies that existed in the 1980’s that still exists today.

After leaving Sprint Mr. Rosner became President and CEO of GSI-Danet, Inc., the U.S. operations of one of Europe’s premier communications software companies. He then joined Cable and Wireless Inc, as Vice President for Global Messaging, with offices in both Virginia and London. After several years of trans-Atlantic commuting, Mr. Rosner joined a startup company, Teleport Communications Group (TCG) where, as senior Vice President he created a wide variety of fiber-optic, ultra-high-speed data communications services. Soon after TCG was acquired by AT&T, Mr. Rosner retired to Florida. Since retiring from corporate life Mr. Rosner has operated Futureproof Consulting, providing consulting services to former employers, high tech startups, telecom equipment manufacturers, and internet service companies. Beginning in 2008 Mr. Rosner’s consulting expanded to include Financial Services Consulting where he used proprietary software that he developed and improved since 1983 to assist a variety of clients to analyze complex financial issues, determine rates of return, and develop historical statistics of various investments.

After earning a FINRA Series 65 Investment Adviser Representative License as a natural extension of Mr. Rosner’s investment and financial management expertise, he formed Futureproof Finances, LLC, which was a Registered Investment Advisor in the state of Florida.
